Pish Posh's Commission Page

Hello! If you're here for my commissions-- granted, why else would you be here-- my Terms of Service is as follows:

  • Currently, you contact me via Bluesky, my Discord username, or Ko-fi! More may be added.

  • By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

  • I will continually send you updates via the platform used. More importantly these updates serve to allow you to monitor the process and guide it as desired, such as correcting proportions, details, and colours.

  • Once the piece is done, you may use it personally, such as posted on social media or printed for personal use. But if you intend to use it commercially, such as assets in a game, we must first discuss and make an agreement before I begin work. I would generally allow commercial use to a reasonable extent so long as your intentions are clear.

  • I reserve the right to its likeness, and I also forbid intentionally feeding any of my works into tools such as AI image generators and similar machines.

  • Regardless of what you intend to do with the piece, you must credit me always whenever possible!

As for TOS regarding the Artwork itself:

  • My art is priced based on all the steps taken to complete it and the level of detail desired.

  • Once an artpiece, ( or a step of a piece ) is done, it cannot be refunded. As digital art is unfortunately not a physical commodity that I can reclaim and sell elsewhere.

  • I currently only accept payments via Paypal. Before I begin work at all, you must first complete payment with an invoice I will send to your account.

  • Preferably, you should pay the full amount upfront. But if the artpiece is complex, you may pay in parts. I will complete steps based on how much is paid to cover each step. - - - - - - - - - - For example, I will draw a sketch for 15 USD and stop there, until you've paid the next 25 USD for me to finish it with the simple rendering you requested, and 10 more to finish its background.

  • You can always add further detail or make changes to details after it's done, such as if you want a sketch to be rendered further. Major changes such as whole palette swaps and shape changes will cost you, while small changes such as adjusting a line or correcting a small detail are free. What constitutes a major or minor change is up to discussion, with respect to the modifiers if the change is particularly significant.
